Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire Senior personnel for Sales & Business Development – US Staffing. It’s a Sr. role and requires expertise in US Staffing, Key Accounts Management, New Business Development, People Management, Managing complete P&L etc.

 

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience in Business Development (Inside Sales) role with Proven past track record of achieving sales target & growing business.
  • A minimum of 5 to 7 years in Sales of which at least 4 years in Sales of IT Staffing / MSP /System Implementation.
  • Ability to sell IT Staffing, SOW based services, solutions, and services to relationship-based clients and any prior exp with MSP/VMS is huge plus.
  • Ability to coordinate at all levels of client’s hierarchy (i.e. horizontal /Vertical/ technology hiring teams) for Business Development.
  • He/She will be responsible for sales and acquisition/ retention of existing clients in Staffing Services.
  • Understanding and assessing client requirements, sharing proposal and presentation with clients and customizing solutions.
  • Responsible for handling and building client relationships & facilitating contract/direct hire staffing business from the client.
  • Responsible for generating, maintaining, and managing strong relationships with the client and fulfilling client staffing needs within minimal time.
  • Ensure continuous client satisfaction related to quality control checks and compliance requirements.
  • Should be well versed in IT concepts and technologies.
